Can you feel the beat of my life?

compared to the last time i made the vanilla strawberry cake, this was much better and easier to make. at least it tasted like oreo.

this slice just made me calmer than before i typed the previous post. but a few pointers to take note for myself to make it better.

it taste like oreo but some bits were too crumply and taste like powder. bottom layer is too wet and stick, have to use less butter and make the biscuit bits more coarse. the texture seems abit off, maybe have to use less milk and more evaporated cream. also got quite abit of air bubble and cracking on the top. maybe whip too strongly liao.
